This air dried, rare breed, local, free range pork collar is seasoned with a blend of three chillies, herbs and spices and was curated by Leonel who hails from the Xalapa region of Mexico. He has an incredible knowledge of herbs, spices and especially chilies.
Each slice has a subtle heat which cuts through the creamy fat giving herby notes that enhance the flavours of the meat – it’s a Mexican-Somerset collaboration made in heaven!!
Nitrate free Air-dried pork collar
Ingredients
Pork (96%), Sea Salt, Three Mexican Chilli Powders, Oregano, Cumin, Garlic, Black Pepper.
May contain milk (produced in a facility that uses milk powder). For allergens see ingredients in Bold.
Store in a cool dry place or in a fridge.
To best enjoy the product, bring to room temperature and open the pack to breathe 30 minutes before separating slices and serving.
