Whole loin from our free range pigs with the fat cap left on, this back fat adds a beautiful creaminess to the lean loin, our Lomo is flavoured toasted Tellicherry pepper and crushed juniper berries before air-drying for 3-6 months.
Best sliced as thinly as possible and served as part of a charcuterie platter. Great with mild fresh cheeses.
Try it with a buffalo mozzarella & tomato salad for a delicious, light summery lunch.

Ingredients
Pork (96%), Sea Salt, Tellicherry Pepper, Juniper Berries. Made with 154g pork per 100g of Lomo.
May contain milk (produced in a facility that uses milk powder). For allergens see ingredients in Bold.
Store in a cool dry place or in a fridge.
To best enjoy the product, bring to room temperature and open the pack to breathe 30 minutes before separating slices and serving.
