Steeped in Port then cured in mix of herbs and spices, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Juniper, Rosemary & Thyme. Aged for up to 16 weeks. The result is a smooth texture, beautiful deep red colour and slightly sweet, rounded flavour. Grass-fed traditional breed beef from Somerset.

Store in a cool dry place or in a fridge.
To best enjoy the product, bring to room temperature and open the pack to breathe 30 minutes before separating slices and serving.
