Made from whole loin with the fat cap removed, our Lonza is flavoured toasted Telicherry pepper and crushed juniper berries before maturing for 2-4 months. Deliciously light, tasty and lean. Made using traditional local free range pork.
Nitrate free. Air-dried pork loin.

Pork (96%), Sea Salt, Tellicherry Pepper, Juniper Berries. Made with 154g pork per 100g of Lonza.

Store in a cool dry place or in a fridge.
To best enjoy the product, bring to room temperature and open the pack to breathe 30 minutes before separating slices and serving.
