Fermented and air-dried sausage with chorizo spices
Uses; Incredibly versatile – let your imagination run wild! Especially good with string cheddar cheese. Delicious on their own or as a snack with beer or cider. Great with sandwiches or pasta dishes. Why not try cheddar, chorizo, and rocket sandwich on sourdough bread with light mayo?
Care; Our chorizo is fully preserved and will keep for up to three months from purchase, but it will need continued care to ensure it doesn’t become too dry too soon. It is safe to be kept at ambient temperatures. However, we have found the best way to preserve the high quality, is to wrap it in an air-tight bag and leave it in the fridge. Once started, cut a very thin piece from the open end and discard it each time you take it out. Slice thinly and leave to reach room temperature before serving.
Sliced packs should be consumed within two months from purchase and 2 days after opening.

Ambient stable. Store at 0-5°C for best quality results.
