Orders received prior to midday are typically delivered within 1-2 working days, Orders received after midday would revert to the following morning.

If you would like a later delivery date, once you have chosen your items and added them to your basket, go to ‘checkout’.

On the checkout page, once you’ve completed your personal details, on the right side of the screen you will see a field for delivery date. Choose the delivery date that suits you.

If you are sending the order directly to someone as a gift, make sure you add their delivery details after the billing details.

You can also include a gift message. Once you’ve selected your products, go to the ‘checkout’ and complete your personal details and the delivery details. Under these details, you’ll see a box titled ‘Gift Message’, in this space you can include a personal message for your family or friends which we will include in the delivery.

If you are giving your order as a gift, we have some special branded gift boxes, sturdy with a magnetic catch, and the products inside will be wrapped in branded tissue paper and sealed with a branded sticker. These gift boxes can be added to your order so that the gift is beautifully presented when received.

All non-gift orders are delivered in a branded outer box too with products wrapped in branded tissue paper and sealed with branded sticker. Also with a recipe card included.

Orders are typically sent via our local courier in a box made from recycled cardboard. Small consignments are sent in a small box made form recycled cardboard and inserted into a plastic courier bag which is made of 80% recycled content and is 100% recyclable or reusable as is the cardboard box and tissue paper inlay.

Open each pack and bring the product to room temp, as you would with cheese or wine, to improve the flavour profile.

Sliced products can be de-separated with a butter knife.

Products are ambient stable so happy stored in a cupboard/cool place, once opened wrap tightly and refrigerate.

All products will carry a best before date well into the new year, some as long as March! So no need to worry about them lasting until new years eve! Also remember this is only a best before date rather than a use by.

You don’t need to wait in for our courier, you can add a safe place to leave the order to notes when ordering and we will make sure our courier has this information.

We also send smaller deliveries in a small letter box suitable box so orders will be posted through your door, just make sure the dog is briefed.
