A champion product, free range air dried ham simply cured with sea salt and dark sugar then matured for 6-9 months. Cured and air-dried ham has a beautiful mature flavour more pronounced than Parma ham and more delicate than a Jamon. Made using free range traditional breed local pork.

Pork (97%), Sea Salt, Sugar. Made with 148g pork per 100g of ham.

Store in a cool dry place or in a fridge.

To best enjoy the product, bring to room temperature and open the pack to breathe 30 minutes before separating slices and serving.
