TOG X Somerset Charcuterie Gift Set

This December we are excited to bring you a gift set in collaboration with TOG Knives.

Tog Knives are inspired by Japanese culture and optimised to perform in Western kitchens. They are distinguished by the 10 layers of copper in their 21 layer blades – the blades getting their combination of edge retention and strength using the same principle as the Samurai sword. The knives utilise 95% recycled steel in their blades and sustainable sourced ‘Kebony’ maple wood handles.

TOG Knives are based in Dundry near Bristol which is just 20 minutes from us here at Somerset Charcuterie!
